THEY ARE THE CENTER OF PICTURE

The practice's expertise is based on manual therapy, osteopathic treatment approaches, and guided exercise therapy. My approach is therefore a holistic view of the patient according to the biopsychosocial model. Through careful physiotherapeutic examination, education, and consultation, I aim to identify the needs and wishes of my patients and implement them therapeutically based on clinical experience and scientific evidence.
Patient needs and expectations guide and define my actions. My interactions with patients are characterized by empathy, medical expertise, and training competence. I place great value on open communication and comprehensive patient information, as part of a therapeutic relationship.
A HOLISTIC THERAPY CONCEPT AT A HIGH LEVEL
In my private physiotherapy practice, I aim to offer a holistic approach to treatment, utilizing osteopathic and manual therapy techniques, the latest findings in exercise therapy, and the scientific principles of modern physiotherapy. Following a thorough physiotherapeutic examination and a tailored therapy plan, the patient's innate self-healing abilities are to be activated.
Our modern and highly stressful lifestyles constantly bombard our bodies with stimuli. This stress can lead to tension, triggering familiar symptoms such as muscle cramps, increasing pain, inner restlessness, and general discomfort.
The basic requirement of the therapy is a regulation of the autonomic nervous system, so that the pleasant and positive feelings of freedom from pain and relaxation can return.
Thus, I try to harmonize the reciprocal effects of the physical and mental levels.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRACTICAL PHILOSOPHY

Implementing this philosophy requires something that, from today's perspective, is our greatest luxury: TIME.
Time to listen, time to understand, time to explain, time for the patient.
The thoughts and opinions are based on knowledge I have acquired through studying physiotherapy, further training, and many years of work in rehabilitation centers, in practice, and as a lecturer at physiotherapy schools.
I hope I was able to convey to you some of the philosophy behind my actions , my motivation, my self-image and my way of working.
